This shopping cart is provided by U.S. Windshield Repair to its valued customers so they may shop at thier convenience with confidance on a secure site. Our full product line is shown with details on each item and pricing. Comparisons are offered to help decide on purchases. Two shipping carriers are used and both have a wide range of options from economical to overnight for emergencies. Items are instock unless shown otherwise. We reserve the right to makes changes as necessary and without prior notice.

In making a purchase, the customer agrees to the terms as listed on this site.

Shipping

Please be sure to fully and correctly fill out your address information when registering, errors may cause delays in receiving your order and could result in additional shipping charges. Be sure to update your information in the event your address or contact information changes.

We ship using UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). Both offer a wide range of service levels from regular ground to overnite service. Once an order is placed it is verified, processed and then shipped. This process is done within 24 hours unless there is a problem that requires resolution such as: address verification, credit card issue, or out of stock status.

Every effort is made to assure that each order is complete and correct before is it shipped. Each shipment is packaged to assure it will arrive safely and intact. Should you recieve an order that has been damaged or is missing items you must immediately nofity the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) and U.S. Windshield Repair.

Return Info

Products manufactured by U.S. Windshield Repair come with a limited lifetime guarantee. In the event a product must be returned, contact us beforehand to obtain return authorization. Returned items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. No refunds will be issued only credit towards future purchases. Non damaged or non defective returned items will be subject to a re-stocking fee. Due to the perishable nature of resins, there will be no return or refunds on resin purchases.
